UK deliveries typically arrive within 7–14 business days, with the majority of orders reaching their destination within 10 business days of dispatch. While we endeavour to meet all stated delivery estimates, please be aware that occasional delays may arise due to adverse weather conditions, peak holiday periods, or unforeseen carrier disruptions. Taxes & Duties : At ZenHome, All applicable taxes and duties are fully included in your purchase price at checkout, there are absolutely no hidden fees or additional charges upon delivery. 

Order Cancellation : Should you wish to cancel an order following payment confirmation, please contact our customer support team at your earliest convenience and we will do everything within our means to accommodate your request. Please be advised, however, that cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has progressed to the processing or dispatch stage. In such instances, a return request may need to be initiated.
